- Sirloin Steaks (200 g each)6 unit(s)
- Coarse salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Cognac100 ml
- Ground pink pepper to taste
- In a bowl mix the butter and brandy with the ground black pepper and ground pink pepper
- Dip the sirloin steaks in this mixture and add coarse salt to taste.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook over low heat until they are at the desired point (medium taste)
- Tip: serve with pieces of mozzarella cheese seasoned with olive oil and smoked paprika, black olives or as you prefer 😉
