Sirloin Steaks (200 g each)6 unit(s)
Coarse salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter4 tablespoon
Cognac100 ml
Ground pink pepper to taste

In a bowl mix the butter and brandy with the ground black pepper and ground pink pepper
Dip the sirloin steaks in this mixture and add coarse salt to taste.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook over low heat until they are at the desired point (medium taste)
Tip: serve with pieces of mozzarella cheese seasoned with olive oil and smoked paprika, black olives or as you prefer 😉
