Numa frigideira coloque a carne,para refogar sem os tempero, por 3 minutos 

In a frying pan, place the meat, to sauté without the seasoning, for 3 minutes.

Adicione o sal ,mexa ,Adicione também o corante i o molho Rose mexa muito bem, tampe deixa cozinhar um pouco por 10 minutos 

Add the salt, stir, also add the coloring and the Rose sauce stir very well, cover and let it cook a little for 10 minutes

Acrescente o óleo, só esperar assar por uns 10 minutos 

Add the oil, just wait for it to bake for about 10 minutes.

Depois de pronto, coloque a cebola e sirva
