Pork Chop

Coloquei a bisteca em uma travessa grande e temperei com sal e pimenta do reino , e o açafrão. 

I placed the steak on a large platter and seasoned with salt and pepper, and the saffron.

Piquei alho e espremi o limão , misturei bem elas para pegar o tempero e reserve 

I chopped garlic and squeezed the lemon, mixed them well to get the seasoning and set aside.

Agora coloquei elas na assadeira com um fio de óleo e as bistecas .

Now I put them on the roast with a thread of oil and the steaks.

Levei para assar em forno a 200 graus por uns 20 minutos ou te ficar bem coradinhas. 

I took it to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or you get a good color.
