  • Chicken fillet500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1 coffee spoon
  1. On a cutting board, cut the fillet into strips or cubes, transfer to a bowl and add the salt, crushed garlic, saffron, lemon, black pepper and oregano. Mix well to get the seasoning all over the fillet.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, add the olive oil and heat up and then place the reserved chicken.
  3. Let it fry for 3 minutes and turn the sides when you see that it is at the right point, turn off the fire. Serve with fluffy rice and a salad.
