- Chicken breast steak150 g
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Chimichurri1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients except the garlic, oil and chives and set aside for 10 minutes.
- In a pan put the oil and garlic and let it brown a little.
- Add the steaks and let them fry on one side then turn them over on the other.
- To finish, sprinkle chives on top to taste.
