  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh Rosemary to taste
  • Spicy paprika to taste
  • Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar2 tablespoon
  1. I cut the liver into large pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, vinegar, rosemary and marinated for 1 hour.
  2. In a frying pan I added 3 tablespoons of olive oil and I gradually added the pieces of liver, I browned well on one side and then on the other, I added more olive oil little by little so as not to get dry, I added the garlic, onion, tomatoes and peppers, turned off the fire.
