Clean flank steak1 kg
Coarse salt to taste
Butter (at room temperature)2 tablespoon
Dried Rosemary to taste
Dried basil to taste
Homemade seasoning (garlic and onion)2 tablespoon
Medium Potatoes cut in half4 unit(s)

With the flank steak already cleaned, season with coarse salt and place in a baking dish;
Make a paste with the rest of the seasonings and go over the whole flank steak;
Place the potatoes around the meat, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 230•C for 50 minutes;
After that time, remove the foil and leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden;
