Season and cook the chicken, then shred or pass in the processor, set aside.

Em outro refratário bata no liquidificador, processador ou mixer o milho com o creme de leite se ficar muito denso vá adicionando aos poucos um pouco do caldo do frango, mas nao pode ficar líquido.

Misture o frango a esse creme e corrija o sal e os tempero, leve a forma untada com azeite.

Mix the chicken with this cream and correct the salt and seasoning, take the greased shape with olive oil.

Coloque a mozarela por cima e leve ao forno pré aquecido para dourar. 

Place the mozzarella on top and place in the preheated oven until golden.
