- Pork shoulder4 kg
- bacon1 kg
- grated beetroot1 kg
- Diced beets1/2 kg
- Fine salt150 g
- Minced garlic50 g
- Girl's Finger Pepper20 g
- Pepperoni Pepper5 g
- Cut the palette and bacon into medium cubes and place in the freezer. Once they are cool, grind them in a meat grinder.
- Once ground, place in a container, add the other ingredients and mix well until it becomes a unified mass.
- Place the dough in the sausage stuffing machine and stuff it into the casing.
- Tie according to the size of sausage you want.
