  • Pork shoulder4 kg
  • bacon1 kg
  • grated beetroot1 kg
  • Diced beets1/2 kg
  • Fine salt150 g
  • Minced garlic50 g
  • Girl's Finger Pepper20 g
  • Pepperoni Pepper5 g
  1. Cut the palette and bacon into medium cubes and place in the freezer. Once they are cool, grind them in a meat grinder.
  2. Once ground, place in a container, add the other ingredients and mix well until it becomes a unified mass.
  3. Place the dough in the sausage stuffing machine and stuff it into the casing.
  4. Tie according to the size of sausage you want.
