- Lean ground beef400 g
- Cooked Chickpeas1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped red pepper1/4 cup
- Chopped Spinach1/2 cup
- Ground cumin to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Green Spice to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Golden flaxseed flour1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Shape the meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 20 minutes or until golden.
