Chicken fillet or your preference3 unit(s)
Onions, chopped2 unit(s)
Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
Water1/2 cup
Parsley1 tablespoon
Chives1 tablespoon
Black Pepper to taste

Season and fry the steak to your liking in a skillet.
After, store the steaks on a platter.
In the same pan that you fried the steaks, brown the chopped onion in slices, add the chives, parsley and black pepper, mix and add the water.
Let it cook until the onion softens.
Then add the mayonnaise and let it thicken.
Put this sauce on top of the steaks.
