  • Gorgonzola Cheese100 g
  • Fresh cream150 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Potato2 unit(s)
  • Fresh herbs to taste
  1. Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a very hot frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and place the meat
  3. Let it brown on one side and turn to brown on the other side.
  4. Separate the meat and in the same frying pan add the cheese and cream.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and let it boil until all the cheese melts and a creamy sauce is left.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve hot.
  7. You can accompany with rustic potatoes. Cut the potatoes in canoe, season with olive oil, salt and pepper and take to the AirFryer or oven until golden.
