- Filet mignon or rump300 g
- cream100 g
- Dijon mustard1 dessert spoon
- Chia1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Finely Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and brown the fillets well. Reserve.
- In the same skillet add more oil and fry the garlic until it begins to brown.
- Add the mustard, chia, salt and cream and mix.
- Cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
- Cover the fillets with the sauce and serve immediately.
