- Filet Mignon700 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Brie Cheese100 g
- Heat the skillet well until smoke comes out.
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper.
- Add the butter and then the filet mignon.
- Let the filet grill on each side (1 minute for each centimeter). I left mine for 4 minutes each.
- Remove the filet and cut the slices without reaching the end so as not to separate the meat. Intersperse each space with the sliced brie cheese.
- Return to the heated skillet for 1 and a half minutes… and then serve. 😋
