- Diced Filet Mignon500 g
- Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Milk500 ml
- We nutmeg to taste
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese30 g
- Grated Gouda Cheese30 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese30 g
- 👉🏻 Season the fillet and book for 20 minutes. 👉🏻 In a pan, heat the oil well and put the fillets to fry. 👉🏻 High heat and don't stir, let it brown well before stirring) so the meat releases less liquid, and preserves its flavor 👉🏻 After frying and browning, put it on a platter and book.
- 👉🏻 Heat the butter and wheat in the pan, stirring with a fouet (wire beater) until it gets slightly golden. 👉🏻 Add some of the milk and stir vigorously, until the flour dissolves well. 👉🏻 Add the rest of the milk, season with salt, nutmeg and black pepper, and stir and let it cook for five to seven minutes, it should be creamy but not too thick 👉🏻 Turn off the heat, add the cheeses and stir well until creamy. 👉🏻Put it on the meat, cover with grated cheese and if you want, chives and parsley 👉🏻 Take it to the oven just for fixings and serve right away
- ❗ Tip,.. heat the milk first, so you don't add lumps. ❗ Cheese you can be ANYONE! ❗ Meat can also be another, as long as it's soft!
