- Filet Mignon500 g
- Pumpkin pumpkin300 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chives and parsley1 to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream3 tablespoon
- Cut the fillet into small strips
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes
- Cut the onion, garlic and tomato into small cubes
- In a pan put a thread of oil and put the meat to fry. Let it fry well, then season it with salt, pepper, smoked paprika. Add the onion first, sauté well, add the garlic, sauté well, and add the tomato and let it break down. Finally add the cut pumpkin and put 2 fingers of water and cover the pan, let the pumpkin cook and so it falls apart forming the stroganoff sauce. To finish, add the fresh cream and the green seasonings. Don't forget to adjust the salt and pepper.
- Serve with white rice or seven-grain rice.
