  • Filet mignon in strips600 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Dry white wine1 cup
  • Sliced Champignon200 g
  • Tomato Extract100 g
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • Mustard1/2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • White pepper1 to taste
  1. Heat a thread of olive oil and sauté the filet mignon slowly, without stirring too much, so that it does not release water.
  2. Add the dry white wine and flambé until the alcohol evaporates and the flame goes out.
  3. Add the onion and sauté for a while, until it softens.
  4. Add the mushrooms, tomato paste, ketchup and mustard. Stir until everything is mixed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Finally, add the cream, stir until heated through.
  7. After adding the cream, it is important not to let the mixture boil, so that it does not curdle.
  8. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
