Deixar de molho a carne seca e a costelinha de porco por 4 horas antes de cozinhar.

Soak the dried meat and pork ribs for 4 hours before cooking.

Coloque o feijão na panela de pressão e cobrir de água e cozinhe por 25 minutos na pressão. 
Em uma outra panela coloque a carne seca e a costelinha e cobrir com água e levar para cozinhar por 30 minutos.

Place the beans in the pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for 25 minutes under pressure.
In another pan, place the dried meat and the ribs and cover with water and cook for 30 minutes.

Após do cozimento, tirar toda a água e cortar em cubos grandes. E cortar em rodelas as linguiças e o bacon em cubos. 

After cooking, remove all the water and cut into large cubes. And cut the sausages and bacon into cubes.

Em uma panela, colocar um fio de azeite, o alho amassado e a cebola cortadas em cubos médios. E acrescentar o bacon para dourar e depois as linguiças para dourar também. 

In a pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, the crushed garlic and the onion cut into medium cubes. And add the bacon to brown and then the sausages to brown too.

Após de cozinhar o feijão, colocar a mistura da panela na panela de pressão e também a costelinha e a carne seca. Misturar e fechar a tampa e levar para cozinhar por mais 20 minutos.

Após esse tempo, verificar se feijão ja esta cozido, se precisar deixar mais um pouco. E por último colocar o cheiro verde e verificar se precisa de um pouco mais de sal.
