- Tuscan sausage200 g

- Cassava flour3 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs1 cup
- Soybean oil1 l
- Bacon broth1 unit(s)

- Boiling water2 l
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Place the beans in a pressure cooker with boiling water, pepperoni, bacon, bay leaves and meat broth.
- Bringing pressure to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 45 minutes.
- Make an onion and garlic sauté with black pepper. Add 3 ladles of bean broth and let it thicken.
- Pour the stew into the bean pan, add salt. Add the cassava flour and stir well until you get a thicker broth. Tutu is ready.
- Cut the bananas into 3 or 4 parts each and coat in egg and breadcrumbs. It is important that the banana is somewhat hard, otherwise it will become soft.
- Deep-fry in very hot oil until golden.
- Cut the Tuscan sausages into 4 pieces each and fry in very hot oil by immersion.
- In a frying pan, fry the steaks previously seasoned with lemon, salt, garlic and black pepper.
- Make simple white rice.
- Fry the remaining eggs separately one by one.
- Saute the chopped cabbage in a pan with oil, salt and black pepper. You can add a clove of chopped garlic too.
- Serve generous portions and enjoy!
