  • Dwarf banana4 unit(s)
  • Chopped cabbage1 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour3 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Soybean oil1 l
  • Bacon broth1 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Boiling water2 l
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  1. Place the beans in a pressure cooker with boiling water, pepperoni, bacon, bay leaves and meat broth.
  2. Bringing pressure to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Make an onion and garlic sauté with black pepper. Add 3 ladles of bean broth and let it thicken.
  4. Pour the stew into the bean pan, add salt. Add the cassava flour and stir well until you get a thicker broth. Tutu is ready.
  5. Cut the bananas into 3 or 4 parts each and coat in egg and breadcrumbs. It is important that the banana is somewhat hard, otherwise it will become soft.
  6. Deep-fry in very hot oil until golden.
  7. Cut the Tuscan sausages into 4 pieces each and fry in very hot oil by immersion.
  8. In a frying pan, fry the steaks previously seasoned with lemon, salt, garlic and black pepper.
  9. Make simple white rice.
  10. Fry the remaining eggs separately one by one.
  11. Saute the chopped cabbage in a pan with oil, salt and black pepper. You can add a clove of chopped garlic too.
  12. Serve generous portions and enjoy!
