Ingredients
Recipe

Sausage to taste
Pumpkin to taste
Complete Seasoning to taste
Chopped Onion to taste
Mozzarella to taste

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
In a pan put the pumpkin, onion, complete seasoning and sausage.
Add enough water to cook the pumpkin.
When it has cooked and almost without the water, remove the sausage and reserve.
Mash the pumpkin well with a fork.
In a pan with olive oil, place the mashed pumpkin and stir until it turns into a puree. Reserve.
Remove the skin from the cooked sausage and chop.
In a skillet put chopped onion and sauté quickly.
Add the chopped sausage and sauté. Use the seasonings of your preference and hit it.
In a refractory, place the sausage and the mashed potatoes on top.
Cover with grated mozzarella and take to the oven to gratin.
