Escondidinho of cassava with meat and bacon

  • Boiled Aipim500 g
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Braised ground beef (seasoning to taste)300 g
  • Shredded Mozzarella300 g
  • Chopped Bacon (take to the fire to give a golden color and set aside)100 g
  1. In a mixer, put the cream of milk and the cassava. Beat well until you turn a smooth cream (a blender can also be used).
  2. Spread half of that cream in a medium refractory.
  3. Place the braised meat over the cream.
  4. Add half of the mozzarella and some of the bacon.
  5. Cover with the other half of the cassava cream, mozzarella and the rest of the bacon.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about fifteen minutes or until the mozzarella is melted and golden.
