  • Peeled pine nuts300 g
  • Diced pork loin300 g
  • Diced Rump300 g
  • Diced Bacon1/2 cup
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Calabrese sausage (sections)2 unit(s)
  • Peppers (green and red, small). 1 of each.2 unit(s)
  • Medium seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green smell2 tablespoon
  • Salt (crazy?1 to taste
  • soy sauce3 tablespoon
  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the bacon until golden.
  2. Add the rump, loin and sausage and fry for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Add the other ingredients (garlic, pepper, soy sauce, salt, pine nuts, tomato) and cook until the meats are tender.
  4. After removing from the fire, sprinkle the green smell and serve.
