  • Ham sausage1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Cut the eggplants in half, remove some of the pulp.
  2. Bake on the barbecue
  3. When it is a little cooked let it rest.
  4. Open the sausages and remove from the skin, season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic and parsley.
  5. Put the fillings on the eggplant and take it back to the grill.
  6. At the end, if you prefer, you can put some mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt. The recipe tastes better.
