- Smoked turkey breast150 g
- Prepare a sauce with minced meat to your liking.
- Cut the eggplants to 0.5 cm wide.
- Grease a refractory with olive oil, put a layer of sauce, cover with aubergines, then the mozzarella and the turkey breast. Repeat this sequence and finish with the mozzarella. Place in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
