  • Tuscan sausage800 g
  • Parboiled Rice3 cup
  • Chopped green, red and yellow bell pepper3/4 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
  • grated carrot1 cup
  • Tomato sauce3 cup
  • Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green onion1/2 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Hot water6 cup
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the sausages and break up the meat well (put it in a food processor if necessary).
  2. Heat a pan and fry the sausage little by little. Remove from the pan and reserve.
  3. In the same pan, use the sausage fat and fry the onion, garlic and bell pepper.
  4. Add the rice and mix well.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, carrots, bay leaf, water, salt and pepper and mix.
  6. Let it cook until the rice is cooked and a little wet (add more water if necessary).
  7. Turn off the heat and stir in the green onion. Serve immediately.
