- Honey4 tablespoon
- Mustard4 tablespoon
- Cloves to taste
- Pineapple slices in syrup (without the syrup) to taste
- Fig in syrup (without the syrup) to taste
- Mix mustard with honey and set aside
- Make square cuts on the tender
- Stick the cloves into the joints of the cuts in the tender
- Spread the honey and mustard mixture on the tenderloin
- Bake until golden
- Place on a platter and cut into slices.
- Decorate with slices of pineapple and figs to taste
