- Minced chicken breast500 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Ketchup1 to taste
- Mustard1 to taste
- Straw potatoes to accompany1 to taste
- Season the chicken as usual. I used garlic, salt, onion, Bahian seasoning and a little bit of baking powder to make the chicken very soft.
- Saute until golden. Add the cream, ketchup and mustard until very creamy. Serve with white rice and potatoes chips. It's perfect!!
