Bata no liquidificador o milho, o requeijão cremoso e o creme de leite. Refogue o creme com o frango cozido e desfiado e coloque o tempero de sua preferência. 

Blend the corn, cream cheese and cream in a blender. Sauté the cream with the cooked and shredded chicken and add the seasoning of your choice.

Em uma travessa coloque o creme e cubra com a mussarela fatiada . Leve ao forno até gratinar. Retire do forno e coloque batata palha por cima. 

Place the cream on a platter and cover with the sliced mozzarella. Take it to the oven until gratin. Remove from the oven and place potato straw on top.
