- Minced meat of your choice (I used Rump)500 g
- Salt to taste
- Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream (canister)1 unit(s)
- ketchup5 tablespoon
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- White rice to accompany to taste
- Straw potato to accompany to taste
- In a pan, sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil or olive oil until it becomes transparent. Add the garlic and let it fry lightly.
- Add the meat cut into small pieces and let it braise. Hit the salt.
- After the meat is already braised. Add the cream and mix well until slightly reduced.
- Add the mustard and ketchup and stir well until incorporated.
- Serve next accompanied by white rice and straw potatoes.
