- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste

- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and add the meat.
- After browning the onion, add the rice, salt and pepper to taste. Let it cool until it sticks to the bottom.
- Add water, correct the salt and cook until the rice is aldente.
