Arborio rice1 kg
Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)

Cook arborio rice al dente, set aside
Saute onion and garlic with a little butter
Add the arborio rice along with the garlic and onion
Add the sun-dried tomato
Add in the beaten spinach next to the rice and mix until the desired point is reached, the Parmesan cheese and the salt.
Serve in a dish of your choice, garnish with dried tomato spinach and grated cheese
