  • Sun-dried tomato25 g
  • Parmesan80 g
  • Arborio rice1 kg
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Salt5 g
  • cherry tomato1 unit(s)
  1. Cook arborio rice al dente, set aside
  2. Saute onion and garlic with a little butter
  3. Add the arborio rice along with the garlic and onion
  4. Add the sun-dried tomato
  5. Add in the beaten spinach next to the rice and mix until the desired point is reached, the Parmesan cheese and the salt.
  6. Serve in a dish of your choice, garnish with dried tomato spinach and grated cheese
