- Dry meat1.5 kg
- Mining Sausage500 g
- Tomato02 unit(s)
- Onion01 unit(s)
- Pepper01 unit(s)
- Garlic (cloves)02 unit(s)
- Diced Pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
- Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
- Let the jerky desalt overnight in the water.
- In the pressure cooker, sauté the jerky with the sausage, tomato, onion, 02 cloves of garlic, peppers and leave in the pressure for 40 minutes.
- In another pan, cook the pumpkin for 20 minutes.
- After the pumpkin is cooked, pass it through a blender until it becomes a puree.
- Return to the pan and season with salt, pepper, green smell and add 100 ml of coconut milk.
- After everything is mixed, the puree will be finished.
- Serve with fluffy rice and good appetite!
