- Cassava02 kg
- Large onion02 unit(s)
- Oil for frying cassava02 cup
- Butter for frying the jerky02 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Green seasoning to taste
- Let the dried meat soak for about four hours. Then drain the water, cut the dried meat and put it to boil.
- Peel the cassava, cut and place in salted water, and bring to a boil.
- Put the oil in a frying pan, wait for it to heat up and start frying the cassava.
- In another skillet place the butter and fry the jerky. After the dried meat is fried, take it out of the pan and fry the onions.
- You can put it on a platter, you can decorate with tomatoes and green seasoning and serve. It looks wonderful, now and just taste this delight.
