  • Cassava02 kg
  • Large onion02 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying cassava02 cup
  • Butter for frying the jerky02 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Green seasoning to taste
  1. Let the dried meat soak for about four hours. Then drain the water, cut the dried meat and put it to boil.
  2. Peel the cassava, cut and place in salted water, and bring to a boil.
  3. Put the oil in a frying pan, wait for it to heat up and start frying the cassava.
  4. In another skillet place the butter and fry the jerky. After the dried meat is fried, take it out of the pan and fry the onions.
  5. You can put it on a platter, you can decorate with tomatoes and green seasoning and serve. It looks wonderful, now and just taste this delight.
