- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Alfalfa to taste

- First cut the tripe into small pieces along with the mocotó then you wash it with detergent preferably lemon, that's right to get that strong smell it has.. Then you sauté it well with garlic, onion, peppers, black pepper ,knor, black pepper or turmeric.
- Then you put the water into the pan about 1 liter and 1/2 of water, preferably already hot. Put it under pressure for about 40 minutes and after that put the cassava already cut for about 10 minutes. Then put the green smell and you can serve,. Enjoy your food
