Wheat flour for kibbeh

Boiling water

Ground beef

Large onion, finely chopped

Finely chopped garlic

Finely chopped mint

Syrian pepper

Salt

Oil for frying

Delicious traditional fried kibe

Coloque o trigo de molho em 1 litro de água fervente. Reserve por 2 horas para hidratar bem e absorver toda água. 

Soak the wheat in 1 liter of boiling water. Set aside for 2 hours to hydrate well and absorb all the water.

Após esse tempo coloque os restantes dos ingredientes: a carne moida a cebola,  os alhos  a hortelã a pimenta e o sal. Misture bem até virar uma massa consistente e com os ingredientes bem distribuídos. 

After that time, add the rest of the ingredients: ground beef, onion, garlic, mint, pepper and salt. Mix well until you get a consistent dough with the ingredients well distributed.

Amasse e misture com as mãos por 10 a 15 minutos,  assim ela ficará mais listinha e compacta

Knead and mix with your hands for 10 to 15 minutes, so it will be more striped and compact.

Modele o quiser no formato original (alongado e com as pontas espetadinhas) e frite no óleo quente  até dourar todos os lados, depois retire coloque num prato já forrado com um papel toalha deixe esfriar e bom apetite

Shape as you like in the original format (elongated and with skewered ends) and fry in hot oil until golden on all sides, then remove and place on a plate already lined with a paper towel, let it cool and enjoy.
