  • Chicken1 kg
  • Breadcrumbs3 cup
  • Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying2 cup
  • Paprika, Turmeric, Oregano1 to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese400 g
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Packet Grated Cheese1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the chicken into fillets, in a bowl add the chicken the spices, garlic and salt and mix well
  2. In another bowl, break the eggs and mix them with a fork.
  3. In a plate put the breadcrumbs
  4. Dip the seasoned chicken in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  5. After all are breaded, fry them all and set aside
  6. In a pan on the fire put the tomato sauce, oregano, oil, salt and a mini spoon of sugar to remove the acidity and stir well
  7. Put the chickens in the mold, put the tomato sauce, put cheese and more tomato sauce, and another one of cheese
  8. Add grated cheese on top
  9. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
  10. Serve it to special people, as a side dish I recommend a potato chip which is a perfect combination!
