  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Black Olives30 g
  • Basil30 g
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and Cumin to taste
  • Corn2 can(s)
  • Corn Flour1/3 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Demerada Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk2/3 cup
  1. First put the eggs to cook for 13 minutes. In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, half an onion cut into cubes, and the crushed garlic cloves over medium heat. To brown.
  2. Put the ground beef in the skillet, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring. Then turn to the other side and do the same thing. Don't move too much. Season the meat with salt, cumin and black pepper. Add the sliced olives and mix. Reserve.
  3. In the blender put the corn and basil and beat well. Until you get a smooth dough. In another pan, place many figs and the other half of the diced onion to brown. Then put the blender mix and mix.
  4. On low heat, add a pinch of salt, corn flour and milk, mix. Let it cook until it forms a paste.
  5. Place the ground meat in a refractory, then the boiled eggs cut into cubes and the corn paste, spread the powdered sugar over the top and let it brown for 10 minutes.
