Sirloin Cup

Refogue alho e cebola e doure a copa lombo, cortada em cubos.

Sauté garlic and onion and brown the loin cup, cut into cubes.

Com a cenoura e a batata cortadas em cubos, adicione na panela junto com o porco.

With the carrot and potato cut into cubes, add to the pan along with the pork.

Adicione água até o limite dos ingredientes na panela.

Add water to the limit of the ingredients in the pan.

Deixe ferver até os legumes ficarem no ponto.

Let it boil until the vegetables are done.

Experimente,  caso precise de um pouco mais de picância, adicione pimenta do reino ou de sua preferência.
