- smoked pepperoni sausage400 g
- 1 roll of pastry dough500 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the pepperoni into 5cm pieces
- Remove her skin and set aside
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut into medium rectangles.
- Place a piece of pepperoni over each piece of pastry dough and roll up like a swiss roll, tucking the ends inside.
- Lightly press to close
- Slowly fry in hot oil until brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve
