  • Pork bacon, whatever city you want500 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. As much bacon as you want, cut into 1cm x 5cm strips.
  2. Put all the bacon in a pan and salt to taste, turn on the heat and start cooking the bacon over low heat.
  3. The bacon will cook in its own fat "no need to add oil". After a good amount of cooking time and stirring constantly, let it cook well until it starts to brown. Turn off the heat and leave in the fat overnight to "cool down".
  4. The next day, put the amount you want in another pan and start frying until it becomes crispy and serve with lemon.
  5. The remainder that is left cooked can be stored in its own lard inside or outside the refrigerator.
