- Shrimp cleaned and washed500 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomatoes, skinned and chopped1 unit(s)
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Chimichurri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- To start, in a large skillet place the oil, onion, tomato, salt and chimichurri and pre-sauté.
- When it starts to brown, add the shrimp and hot water.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Now, add the cream and serve hot.
