Chicken breast fillet500 g
Coconut milk200 ml
Garlic, onion, salt1 to taste
Mint, chives, parsley1 to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Curry2 tablespoon
Black pepper, cumin1 to taste
Corn starch1 tablespoon

Cut the chicken into cubes and season with cumin, black pepper, salt and set aside.
In a pan, brown the onion and then the garlic in the oil, throw the seasoned chicken and let it brown.
As soon as it is golden and properly cooked, add the coconut milk, curry and cornstarch, mixing well until it turns into a cream, turn it off and finish with the chopped chives, parsley and mint.
