- Mozzarella500 g
- Bacon to taste
- Coriander and Chives to taste
- Put the potatoes to boil in a pressure cooker.
- Cut the meat into small filets and sauté with seasonings to taste.
- When the potato is softened, put it in a blender and gradually add the water.
- Put the mozzarella together and beat until it turns into a cream
- Add the cream to the meat, let it boil a little (always stirring so it doesn't burn)
- Fry the bacon and finish with plenty of cilantro and chives
