  • Coxão soft in pieces500 g
  • Onion, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
  • kinnor beef broth2 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce2 tablespoon
  • Sliced Olives1 cup
  • Boiling water2 l
  • tomato paste1 cup
  1. In a pan add the oil, garlic and onion and let it brown.
  2. Add the meat, soy sauce, kinnor broth and mix
  3. Add the boiling water and let it cook until the meat breaks down.
  4. Then remove the water from the meat and set aside.
  5. In the pan itself, shred all the meat and add the tomato sauce, the olives and the water you had reserved and mix.
  6. Place in the fridge and let it rest for 2 hours, then serve.
