- Black pepper to taste

- Garlic to taste
- wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- In a pressure cooker put the 4 tablespoons of oil and heat it well.
- Put the meat of your choice and do not stir. Let all the water it will release dry.
- After the meat is fried, add the seasonings. (salt, black pepper, onion and garlic) Add 1 tablespoon of wheat flour to help thicken the broth.
- Saute well.
- Add 1 cup of water and put on pressure for 40 minutes or until the meat is very tender.
- After that time open the pan and add the vegetables. And put another 10 minutes
