  • sliced soft coxão500 g
  • grated onion1 unit(s)
  • crushed garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • oil1/2 cup
  • salt and pepper to taste. to taste
  • Umami-flavored seasoning powder (optional)1/2 tablespoon
  • chopped parsley1 tablespoon
  • hot water500 ml
  • tomato paste1/2 can(s)
  • chopped green pepper1 unit(s)
  • chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
  • small chopped carrot1 unit(s)
  • oregano to taste. to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, put the oil, add the onion, garlic and sauté well.
  2. Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Then put the umami seasoning powder (optional), tomato, pepper, tomato paste, carrot and then add the oregano water.
  4. Let it cook for 30 minutes counting the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked remove from the heat, mix the parsley and then serve with white rice.
